JOHANNESBURG – The JSE hit a new record high on Monday and the Rand hit its best level in a year.
It’s all a bit of a mystery.
Markets are performing like this when earlier in the month they were tanking on fears that the US might go into recession, and AI stocks had  been hyped up.
So what’s going on?
